- What product can be returned for a refund or replacement?
All products sold on our website can be returned for a refund or replacement for no reason. If you are not sure about whether the product you want to buy can be returned or not, you can consult with our customer service via lijun@royal1680.com.
- Time limits for return & refund policy?
You may return any items for a full refund within 15 days after its delivery. If the item is damaged during shipping, you can also return the item with 15 days of delivery. We'll also pay the return shipping costs (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

- How to cancel the order or exchange the items?

If the items have been shipped, we need you to send the package back, by then we will refund you within 3 business days. - Who is responsible for the shipping fee when I return the item?
